German teams have been winning the Bundesliga since the league’s inaugural season in 1871.
But the German champions have been able to pull off a feat that’s only been possible in Europe for a century: the German team has taken the title of world champion in a year.
The English and French leagues are not as far apart as the German Bundesliga, but it is more difficult to play the European championship in England.
The English league is so big and so competitive that it requires more resources than the French, which is more manageable.
The German Bundesliga is a four-team competition that pits two clubs from each of the country’s three major regions against each other.
The top two teams from each region advance to the final.
The best teams from all four divisions win a berth at the 2022 World Cup.
In this year’s season, the German champion, FC Bayern München, won the Bundesliga title with a 2-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund.
Borussia Dortmund’s German coach, Jurgen Klopp, has been criticized by some for his refusal to accept defeat.
After a 3-2 defeat to Borussia Monchengladbach, Dortmund’s coach Jürgen Klopp said, “I don’t think we lost because we played poorly.”
It was a comment that was widely interpreted as a tacit admission that he believed Borussia should have won the title.
Klopp has since gone on to lead Borussia to the top of the Bundesliga and a spot in the Champions League.
But some fans still believe Dortmund should have been the champion.BVB, a former top German soccer team, has struggled in recent years, losing three of its last four matches.
In its most recent game, the hosts lost 2-1 to the reigning Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich.
“You need to be realistic,” said Hans-Christian Bickel, a member of the board of the German soccer association.
“We can’t get complacent.
There are no excuses.”
While many fans blame Klopp for the German teams struggles, the manager has been lauded by fans and pundits.
“We have to thank Klopp for turning the team around,” said a German journalist who did not want to be named.
“He is a great coach.”
The English league has been plagued by relegation problems and has seen a number of teams drop out of the top flight.
Many of the current clubs have been in the league for several seasons.
“In the long run, the English league will be better than the German league,” said Markus Schäfer, a soccer writer who has written for SPIEGEL, the daily newspaper of Germany’s ruling Christian Democratic Union party.
“But in the short term, it will probably be a different story.
But in the long term, the league will become stronger.”
